At Butter Batter, we ensure that each product is prepared with care and delivered fresh. Due to the perishable nature of our products, please note the following refund and return policies.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation. This is because our products are made-to-order and require preparation immediately upon receiving the order.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products. As our goods are perishable, once they leave our bakery, they cannot be resold or restocked. Please ensure your order details (such as delivery address, product selection, and quantity) are accurate before completing the checkout process.
Refunds are not applicable once the order has been placed. We do not provide refunds for any reason, including for changes of mind, or other circumstances once the product has left our bakery.
We use Shiprocket as our shipping partner. Once your order has been dispatched, the responsibility for handling and timely delivery shifts to our shipping partner. Please ensure the delivery address is correct at the time of placing the order, as we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses or delays beyond our control.
